INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST HOMOPHOBIA, TRANSPHOBIA AND BIPHOBIA
On 17 May, IGLTA honored the resilience and strength of those who have experienced discrimination by celebrating "Our Bodies, Our Lives, Our Rights" for International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. This day calls attention to our responsibility as global citizens to uphold each individual's right for gender expression without fear or judgement. French activist Louis-Georges Tin founded the International Day Against Homophobia in 2004, with “Transphobia” added in 2009 and “Biphobia” in 2015. The day is now marked in more than 130 countries, including 35+ where same-sex acts are illegal.

ATTEND ONE MAGICAL WEEKEND AT WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT
The first weekend of June each year—for over 30 years—thousands and thousands of LGBTQ+ travelers from around the world descend on Walt Disney World Resort Orlando for One Magical Weekend. Kickoff pride month at one of the largest annual gay pride and music festivals in the world. The premiere event on Friday is Riptide at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Waterpark and the Main Event on Saturday is RED: Roundup at House of Blues. There are also Therapy Pool Parties, Cadabra After Hours, Wig Party, amazing DJs and much more!
