Miami DDA helps businessesfund property improvements |
The Miami Downtown Development Authority (Miami DDA) is supporting Downtown businesses to help strengthen the economic vitality of Downtown Miami. The Property Improvement Grant Program provides up to $50,000 to individual businesses and property owners to enhance the overall appearance of their storefronts while supporting increased economic activity and investment. To kick off this year’s grant program, on Friday, Feb. 9, the Miami DDA presented a $20,000 check to MOM Realty, owners of the property featuring recently opened Downtown restaurant Jrk!
