Join us for a "Meet & Greet" gathering with CEO of Larkin Community Hospital Dr. Nicolas D. Torres on Wednesday, Aug. 30, 4 - 5:30 p.m. at the offices of the Community Newspapers.
Dr. Torres is an experienced hospital administrator who holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Miami. He also is a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society Member and is a recipient of UM's Excellence in Academic & Clinical Performance Award.
Larkin Community Hospital is a 146-bed acute care hospital located in South Miami, Fla. It is the sixth-largest statutory teaching hospital in Florida by the number of postgraduate training programs; and the fourth largest in the state by specialties in supply/demand deficit.
