Hey Paul,

Well it’s certainly been a minute since our last email exchange. Nearly 13 weeks to be a little more precise. Our little all-consuming two week project to try and mould Vito into something closer to our collective vision has finally ended and we shipped it to our beta customers last week.

To quote from our changelog… “It’s been an intense few months as we’ve been reworking almost every single aspect of Vito’s implementation in an effort to bring us closer to delivering the experience we’ve had in mind from the start.”

I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished so far and how much effort everyone in the team has put in. Vito is certainly in really great shape.

So… now what?

As we’ve spoken about before, when you’re working in the business you’re not working on the business and this is where we shall both be dedicating the majority of our time for the foreseeable. Was this deep-dive needed? Absolutely. No regrets, but holy moly is there a lot to getting on with. Hiring, sales, marketing, processes, to name a few. All of which we need to shift our focus to now we have a solid product in place.

But we’re in a really good spot. We’re heading towards the end of the year with two great products in Tito and Vito and a myriad of things to do and opportunities to explore.
