What kind of work you do for NPM?
I get to wear multiple hats at Nonprofit Megaphone that all helps to make a difference in the lives of nonprofit organizations. I work as a Client Happiness Manager which means I get to talk to a wide range of people and organizations as well as maintain and manage their Google Grant Accounts. I work as a Team Lead which means I get to coach our new employees in NPM’s best practices. And, I also work as an Acquisitions Specialist which means I help newly onboarded clients get their accounts ready and set up for the Grant Management Team!

What do you like about the work that you do for NPM?
My fun fact is that I used to be a social worker! Helping those in need thrive is something that truly makes my heart sing. At Nonprofit Megaphone, I am able to still make an impact by spreading the word about your nonprofit through one of the largest search engines ever made.
Is there an interesting "Behind The Scenes" Story you would like to share? What I find most interesting about anything behind the scenes would be Nonprofit Megaphone’s collaborative nature. We want everyone to win. This includes seeing our co-workers thrive and also seeing each one of our co-worker’s accounts flourish too. So, with being so collaborative, we’re able to problem solve any account issues, share our skills in order to educate one another, and come up with creative ideas that will enhance performance all around!
What is some advice that you would give to future and current clients?
Just like anyone on the Grant Management Team, I want your organization to succeed when they utilize the Google Grant. One of the most helpful tips I can give you in order to see this happen is to remember that content is key. With content that answers your audience’s questions, you become a more credible resource and slowly become the “ information hub” for your nonprofit sector. This helps you build trusting relationship with prospects which, in turn, should result in more meaningful conversions!
